How to Get An Invitation Letter for Visa Application Issued by the Expo Organizer?　　

★Invitation letters will be sent upon request.

★The expo organizer will spend most of time at the expo venue two weeks before the expo begins. Therefore, please submit your application before deadline, otherwise the organizer will not be able to process your application.

1. Pre-registration

Before filling and submitting your application form, please make sure you have pre-registered for the expo online. You will be required to fill in your pre-registration number in the application form.

3. Acceptance of the Application:

Your application will be dealt with within 5 working days. Normally, the invitation letters will be sent to the qualified applicants within 5 working days. (Please notice that it may take more than 5 days for the letter to reach you.)

4. Receiving Informing E-mail

Every applicant will receive at least one e-mail from the expo organizer informing about how your application is proceeding. Applicants who fail to receive any e-mail from the expo organizer 5 working days after submitting the application, please contact us to confirm whether your application forms have reached us.

5. Ways to Send Invitation Letters

Invitation letters issued by the expo organizer (the company STE) will be sent to the qualified applicants in different ways. Applicants please choose one of the four ways listed below.
- Air mail
- Express delivery
- Fax
- E-mail

Air mail:
Applicants who need the original document (the original letter) for visa application usually choose surface mail. Please notice that it may take quite a long time before the invitation letter reaches you if you choose this way. According to our past experience, it may take two weeks to possibly a month before you receive our mail. Therefore, we strongly recommend visitors who need the original letters to submit applications as earlier as possible.

For applicants who need the original invitation letter sent by Air mail, the deadline for submitting application is 20 Jan 2012. Any application submitted after deadlind will be dismissed.

Express delivery:
Express delivery is an efficient and expensive choice for applicants. It takes only several days for the letters to reach you in this way. Applicants who choose express delivery shall be responsible for all the expenses incurred. Please tell the expo organizer your express account number in your country, such as TNT account or DHL account, so that the delivery can be arranged in China.

Fax:
Fax is an ideal way for applicants who do not need the original invitation letter for visa application.
Only one tip needs to be mentioned: because of time differences, the working hours of the expo organizer (9:00a.m.~5:30p.m. Beijing Time) maybe your private time at home. Therefore, we strongly hope that you could keep your fax in the auto answer mode when you are not at the office, so that you will not miss our fax.

E-mail:
In this way, an electronic version of the invitation letter (usually in the format of JPG or PDF) will be sent by e-mail. Applicants can print it out in color.

For applicants who need invitation letters sent by express, fax or e-mail, the deadline for submitting application is 28 Jan 2012. Any application submitted after deadlind will be dismissed.
